Designed to feel weightless and whisper light, the Esme absorbs up to three tampons worth of fluid. This starts with a layer of organic cotton to feel soft and natural against your skin, followed by two layers of highly absorbent towelling to keep you feeling dry, then a layer of breathable TPU, the final layer of protection creating highly absorbent, and comfortable lingerie.

Wear me all day or night for the lighter days of your period
For yourheavier days wear me as long as you feel comfortable - around the equivalent to how long you would wear 3 tampons for – then simply switch me out for a fresh pair using our La Cachette Clutch. Alternatively you can wear me all day, teamed with a cup or tampon to confidently catch spills and spotting (organic/biodegradable tampons are recommended).

Investing in period lingerie is an investment in our environment – switching to absorbent underwear in replacement of unsustainably produced pads, liners and tampons could save an estimated 100kg of landfill per wearer per lifetime!
Our packaging is also well thought out - with luxury and sustainability at front of mind. Designed to avoid adding to landfill we have invested in compostable or recycled packaging combined with details like our stunning custom ribbon that you will want to re wear!

For longevity we recommend pre rinsing if necessary, then washing in a cold water machine wash in a lingerie wash bag with mild detergent, avoiding fabric softener. Line dry flat in shade. If you have used our La Cachette Clutch this can be placed in the wash too - please ensure it is not in the same wash bag as your lingerie as the zip can cause damage to the delicate lace.
Do not bleach, hot wash, tumble dry or iron.
Why no heat? Because over time it will compromise the absorbency and leakproof layering - and we’re keen to see these last many many cycles!

For Australian orders we charge $10 flat rate shipping, or free shipping for orders over $150.
For international orders we charge $30 flat rate shipping, or free shipping on orders over $250.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is crafted with care — combining luxury, comfort, and purpose. Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and for strict hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our lingerie for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchased.
We encourage checking sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before purchase - we are happy to assist you with sizing if you are unsure - simply reach out here.
f your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
