Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your first pair if you’re not loving them, minus a $10 shipping and handling charge (if shipped within Australia). Please note: if you buy multiple pairs on your first order, we will only be able to refund one pair.

Cleo offers moderate absorbency equivalent to around 3 tampons — making her ideal for light to moderate flow days, or as an additional barrier on heavier days when teamed with a cup or a tampon.

Cleo’s absorbency layers sit discreetly inside the gusset, so you'll never feel any bulk or stiffness.

On light to moderate flow days, wear Cleo all day with complete confidence — change when you feel like it, not because you have to. On heavier days, wear for the equivalent of 3 tampons' worth of time then swap to a fresh pair using your La Cachette Clutch, or pair with a menstrual cup for full-day coverage. Outside your period, Cleo is just as beautiful — wear her for spotting, LBL, natural discharge, or simply because she's the most effortless thing in your drawer.

Every piece is crafted with care — combining luxury, comfort, and purpose. Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and for strict hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our lingerie for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchased (after your first pair).

f your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Our fabrics are all silver particle free, vegan and cruelty free, OEKO TEX certified and free from harmful PFA’s.
